1. What we collect

• Information you provide on the eligibility quiz (state, charge, disposition, date).
• Account info if you sign up: email address.
• Documents you upload: court records, ID, attorney correspondence.
• Payment metadata: Stripe customer ID, subscription status. Stripe handles card data.
• Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps.

2. What we do with it

• Run the eligibility-screening rules engine.
• Store your case so you can come back to it from your dashboard.
• Process payments for paid tiers.
• Connect Concierge clients with a licensed attorney.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not act as a Consumer Reporting Agency.
• We do not share your case with employers, landlords, insurers, or anyone else without your consent.
• We do not run criminal-record searches on you. The consumer screening uses only what you tell us.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for essential functionality (authentication, session). We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not use cross-site tracking.

5. Your rights

You may delete your account and your data at any time from your dashboard. California and certain other state residents may have additional rights under state law (CCPA / CPRA). To exercise rights, email apache3corp@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (Supabase managed Postgres + storage). We practice least-privilege access internally.

7. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Quiz results from anonymous (pre-signup) sessions are retained for 90 days then deleted.
